HOW CAN I GET HELP WITH SHADE MATCHING?
Our Surratt Artist Team is available to help you with shade matching and color consultations, free of charge. Please visit our Concierge Services page for more details and to schedule a virtual appointment.
WHAT ARE YOUR BRUSHES MADE FROM?
Surratt brushes are handmade in Japan and contain natural goat, Blue Squirrel, or sable hair. Please note that no animals are harmed in the process of making our brushes.
DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
Surratt does not, and will never, test on animals. We also do not work with any manufacturers that do animal testing.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE AND VEGAN?
A full list of ingredients is listed both on the product's packaging and the product's page.
All products are gluten-free and vegan, with the exception of the below:
Non-vegan:
- Contains Beeswax: Relevee Mascara, Pointilliste Mascara, Expressioniste Brow Pencil
- Contains Carmine: Artistique Eyeshadow, Artistique Blush, Smoky Eye Baton, Prismatique Eyes
- Contains Marine Collagen: Torche Lumiere Highlighters
Our Relevee Lash curler is made from 100% surgical-grade steel. Its refill pads are made of silicone.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be altered or changed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, orders can be cancelled until they reach the last phase of processing. Once an order has reached the last phase of processing, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to cancel your order.
